Why Is Hector The Best Person to Teach You all of this?

I became a coach because I wanted to provide help to people that I wished I had when I first became a manager. I was never taught how to lead. Instead, I learned many hard lessons through trial and error. It was a difficult journey that I travelled alone. I did not have anyone to support me. Over time, I saw many people go through the same challenges I did when they got hired or promoted into their first leadership position. I also saw other experienced leaders deal with the same problems that I already had. I decided that I wanted to be there to support these individuals so they didn’t have to experience the same pain and frustrations that I did.

Being a coach doesn’t mean telling people what to do. My job is to listen to each of my clients, and really understand what their challenges are, the pain they are experiencing, and what they want to achieve.  We work together to develop strategies and actions to tackle all of these. I want them to become leaders that deliver results and whom people want to follow. This world needs powerful and impactful leaders, and I want to help make that happen.
